Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and design of water, sanitary and stormwater networks, roads and site-servicing for municipal and land-development projects.
- Build and run hydraulic/hydrologic models (SWMM, EPANET or PCSWMM) to size pipes, ponds, culverts and pumping stations.
- Produce Civil 3D drawings: profiles, cross-sections, grading plans and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare ECA and MECP submissions, tender documents and cost estimates; respond to agency comments.
- Provide field support—survey pickups, construction inspection and QA/QC reporting.
Qualifications:
- BASc/BEng in Civil Engineering; 1-5 yrs municipal design; EIT status preferred.
- Hands-on Civil 3D experience and understanding of Ontario municipal standards & TAC guidelines.
