Responsibilities:
- Support design of low-and medium-voltage power distribution, lighting, fire-alarm and life-safetysystems for municipal and commercial buildings.
- Produce single-line diagrams, lightinglayouts, panel schedules and equipment specifications in Revit/AutoCAD.
- Perform short-circuit, load,voltage-drop and lighting-level calculations to CEC and OESC requirements.
- Coordinate electrical room layouts,penetrations and conduit routing with structural and mechanical disciplines.
- Attend site reviews, assist withcommissioning tests and prepare deficiency lists and close-out documentation.
Qualifications:
- BSEE/BASc in Electrical Engineering; 1-5 yrs building-services design; EIT status preferred.
- Familiarity with AGi32/DIALux, ETAP or SKM, and BIM workflows.
